Which Student Apartment Offers the Best Parking Value?

The answer depends on what you prioritize. For students who plan to keep a vehicle on campus, secure parking is recommended.

Students who prioritize premium building amenities, newer construction or preferred parking locations may find value in communities like Landmark College Park, Union on Knox or The Standard.

Regardless of which property you choose, one trend remains consistent across nearly every student apartment community near UMD: parking spaces are limited. If bringing a vehicle to campus is important to you, securing parking early can help ensure availability and provide access to the best parking locations.

At Landmark College Park, residents enjoy convenient on-site parking options, modern student housing and a location just minutes from the University of Maryland. To learn more about parking availability or current rates, contact our leasing team today.
