Located on Baltimore Avenue along Route 1, Tempo offers convenient access to North Campus and many of College Park’s popular restaurants, coffee shops and study spots. Students with classes in engineering, computer science and STEM-related fields may appreciate the property’s proximity to the northern side of campus. 

Tempo’s location appeals to students looking for a quieter residential atmosphere while still remaining close to campus.

Landmark College Park

Landmark sits on College Avenue near South Campus, providing easy access to Fraternity Row, McKeldin Mall and some of College Park’s most popular student destinations. Residents can walk to classes, restaurants, sporting events and social activities without needing to rely on transportation. 

Its central location also offers convenient access to the College Park Metro station, making trips into Washington, D.C., more accessible.

Tempo College Park

Tempo offers a range of floor plans including studios, two-bedroom, three-bedroom, four-bedroom and five-bedroom apartments. Most layouts feature private bedrooms and bathrooms, allowing residents to enjoy personal space while still benefitting from shared living areas. 

Apartments come fully furnished and include in-unit washers and dryers, stainless steel appliances and high-speed internet.

Landmark Apartments

Landmark offers floor plans ranging from studios to four-bedroom apartments, providing options for independent living as well as roommate-friendly layouts. 

Every apartment includes modern appliances, in-unit laundry and furnished interiors. Residents also benefit from a variety of wellness-focused amenities and social spaces that complement student life outside the classroom.
