Terrapin Row

Terrapin Row is situated on Hartwick Road in one of College Park’s most established student housing districts. Residents are within walking distance of campus, restaurants, retail stores and several other student apartment communities, making it easy to stay connected to both academics and social life.

Landmark College Park

Located on College Avenue, Landmark sits just steps from Fraternity Row and is a short walk from McKeldin Mall. Students can easily access campus events, student organizations and academic buildings while remaining close to restaurants, coffee shops and entertainment options. 

Landmark’s location also provides convenient access to the College Park Metro Station, making it a practical option for students commuting to internships or summer plans throughout the Maryland region.

As of June 2026, pricing ranged from $1,200 to over $2,000 per person per month, depending on floor plan layout. Pricing is subject to change.

Landmark College Park

Landmark offers floor plans ranging from studios to four-bedroom apartments. Whether you’re looking for a private space or a roommate-focused layout, there are multiple options designed to fit different budgets and living preferences.

Apartments come with furnished interiors, in-unit washers and dryers, stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. The community’s floor plan selection provides flexibility for both individuals and groups. 

At the time of publication in June 2026, pricing ranged from approximately $950 to more than $2,100 per month depending on floor plan and availability. Rates are subject to change.
