While both communities offer modern student living and furnished apartments, they provide distinctly different experiences based on location, amenities and floor plan styles.

Landmark College Park

Situated on College Avenue, Landmark places residents in one of the most active student housing corridors near UMD. Students can easily walk to McKeldin Mall, Fraternity Row, local restaurants and many of the university’s most popular gathering spots.

The community’s location is especially appealing for students who want to be surrounded by other off-campus communities while remaining within walking distance of classes, events and social activities.

The Nine at College Park

Located along Baltimore Avenue near North Campus, The Nine offers convenient access to many engineering, STEM and science buildings. Residents are close to grocery stores, restaurants and everyday essentials along Route 1.

Students who prefer a quieter environment away from the concentration of South Campus housing communities may appreciate The Nine’s location. While it remains close to UMD, the surrounding area feels slightly more removed from the center of student nightlife.
