Landmark Apartments

Located on College Avenue, Landmark sits just a short walk from Fraternity Row, making it a popular choice for students involved in Greek Life. Residents are also within walking distance of McKeldin Mall, restaurants and many of the academic buildings on South Campus. 

Another benefit of Landmark Apartments location is its proximity to the College Park Metro Station, giving students easy access to Washington, D.C., internships and weekend activities.

The Standard College Park

Located on Hartwick Road, The Standard places residents in the heart of College Park’s student housing district. The community is within walking distance of campus, McKeldin Mall, downtown restaurants and nightlife. 

The Standard’s  location near other student-focused communities including The Hub and Union on Knox makes it convenient for students who enjoy being surrounded by the energy of College Park’s social scene.

Pricing and Floor Plans: Landmark vs. The Standard

Landmark 

Landmark offers floor plans ranging from studios to four-bedroom apartments, providing options for students seeking either independent living or a roommate experience.

All apartments include in-unit washers and dryers, stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. Rambler’s upcoming renovations are expected to further modernize many of the property’s common areas and resident spaces.

As of June 2026, pricing ranged from $950 to over $2,100 per month, depending on floor plan and availability. Pricing is subject to change.

The Standard College Park

The Standard offers one of the largest selections of floor plans in College Park, including studios, 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom, 4-bedroom and 5-bedroom layouts.

Apartments come fully furnished and feature in-unit laundry machines, stainless steel appliances, hardwood-style flooring and high-speed internet. Many units also feature floor-to-ceiling windows that bring in natural light and offer expansive views of the surrounding area. 

At the time of publication in June 2026, The Standard’s pricing varied from $1,121 to $2,421 per month, depending on floor plan and availability. Students should contact the leasing office directly for current rates and promotions.

Landmark Apartments may be a good fit for students looking for a well-established community with upcoming renovations, convenient access to Fraternity Row and a location close to both campus and the Metro. 

The Standard may appeal to students looking for a newer building with rooftop amenities, a wide variety of floor plans and a location in the center of College Park’s student housing district.
