Landmark College Park

Landmark College Park sits on College Avenue in the heart of South Campus student living. Residents are close to popular campus landmarks, Fraternity Row, local restaurants and many of the social hubs that define the College Park experience. 

For students who want to be near the center of campus activity while remaining within walking distance of classes, Landmark offers a highly connected location.

Landmark College Park

Landmark offers floor plans ranging from studios to four-bedroom apartments, giving residents flexibility whether they’re living solo or with roommates.

Each apartment comes fully furnished and includes in-unit laundry, stainless steel appliances and modern finishes throughout. The community’s apartment selection appeals to students seeking a balance of personal space, convenience and shared living.

Pricing varies throughout the leasing cycle based on the specific floor plan and availability. Students should consult Landmark’s leasing team for the most current pricing information.
